Requests

In my dashboard, under "top matches", I see a list of mentors. Initially, I thought I could check their profile by clicking on those cards. I did not expect that on clicking, a request for a session would be sent to the mentor. The mentor booked my request, and I had to cancel the session explaining the issue with the interaction. It was very embarrassing.

It's a bit disheartening if you have selected a mentor and they never respond. Being able to see which people are responsive and active would make for a better experience.

Mentors have set "auto" accept to new mentor meetings... Then they leave the platform. A new student comes along, requests a meeting, and then is stuck waiting for them- even though the mentor hasn't logged on in years.

Include Telugu in the language dropdown for profiles

Does not automatically update the order of my experience based on dates entered, rather on the basis of when I add the experience, so a 2021 experience appears above a 2022 experience just because I added 2021 experience after 2022 exp, irrespective of selecting "Present" in the latest one, the 2021 exp shows up in bio as current designation

showing me sessions that were booked recently doesn't help at all. I'm logging in to go straight into a session that's scheduled for now. I would love it if that was obvious on my home page rather than remembering to go to bookings and then click there. at this point the bookings page is the only area of the product I use

I'm scheduling sessions with people that don't speak the same language as me... Might be nice to have a way to avoid scheduling sessions between people who don't speak the same language.

When a mentee books and it won't be a good fit (industry, questions answered) it would be nice to have a clear option to reject. I have no idea what cancelling means or does. This feels like a simple UI text update

With group sessions that have a large amount of participants, there is always someone interrupting, even if inadvertently.

Hello, it's happened to me a couple times now where i have a scheduled meeting and don't get notified if the meeting is canceled or rescheduled until i log in to start the meeting and realize it's no longer there... would be nice to get that addressed. Thanks!
