I typically set my booking slots for 5-6 PM EST. However, while traveling in China over the holidays, ADPList automatically updated my timezone and shifted my available slots to 5-6 PM local time, which corresponds to 4-5 AM EST. This unintended change led to scheduling issues that required rescheduling with a mentee. Could ADPList either maintain the original timezone settings regardless of the user’s location, or prompt a confirmation pop-up when a timezone change is detected to confirm whether availability needs to be updated?

I just wrote 10 minutes to a mentor I would like to book myself to. Then I had a notification, checked in in a different tab, and the whole text disappeared. This is very nasty bug.

Whenever life gets overwhelming, pending requests for new bookings within a day or two may not get answered in time. As a result: When a pending request is expired, it's removed from the adplist.org platform. The only source of reference is my email, but it would be helpful to minimize the amount of apps required to go through with a new mentee request (idea: new tab for "expired requests") I lose the context of their previous messages as a result and need to spend time asking what they'd like to get out of the session (idea above may help solve this) I cannot send a message to mentees and end up contacting them on Linkedin asking them to rebook (idea: ability to message mentees by clicking on their profile) Is there a way to respond to mentees easily to inform them that I may not be the best mentor to address their questions?

It's an expected behavior. We all make mistakes. And sometimes you send the wrong message, or perhaps to the wrong person. So it helps to be able to edit or atleast delete the message.

I’d like to request a feature enhancement related to recurring mentoring sessions. Currently, when setting up a recurring program, all sessions must have the same duration. However, in practice, different sessions often serve different purposes and require different time allocations. For example, in a 3-session program I run: Session 1 is a 30-minute introduction Session 2 is a 60-minute deep-dive Session 3 is a 30-minute feedback and wrap-up It would be helpful if I could define the duration of each session individually within a recurring setup. This flexibility would allow mentors to structure programs more effectively and match time to session goals. Happy to provide more context if helpful. Thanks for considering this.

Filtered results include mentors who have upcoming availability but let all session requests be auto-declined after a few days. This makes it very difficult for mentees to find new mentors, and I've heard it is especially disheartening for new users. I know multiple people who have left the platform because of this experience. I highly recommend adding an algorithm/function to check and see how many session requests were accepted vs. declined, and how many were done automatically vs. manually. My recommendation: If (the past five session requests were auto-declined) OR (the past five sessions were auto-accepted AND the mentor no-showed for all five sessions), then turn off the mentor's session and email them with directions for how they can turn their session back on. Else, keep the mentor's sessions active, and continue to allow users to request sessions. Please make it easier for mentees to find mentors who are actually available.

When I was looking at changing job, I wanted to find mentors who worked in different company sizes, to know how it is and help me make a decision, such as: small startup, medium size, 1k+ employees, and also in-house and agency.
