it's been several times now that when I start my mentorship session, i can join, my mentee can join, but i cannot see them or hear them. so i give them a google link in the chat and we move there.

I’ve just created my mentor account, but when I click “View Profile” inside my dashboard, it redirects me to another person’s profile; even though the URL shown is my own ( adplist.org/members/ali-bayat ). It seems like my profile link is pointing to a different user with a similar name. Could you please check if there is an account conflict or a URL assignment issue on your side? Thank you!

It appears that the system that sends email notifications looks only at the original meeting time. If there is a cancellation or reschedule, that time is not noted in my connected calendar or through notifications. For example, I received an email notification yesterday (1-Dec 3:24 pm) that a session for tomorrow had been cancelled. Then I got a notification today (2-Dec 2:00 pm) that my meeting with that cancelled session is in 1 day. Hint: It's not. These things are small, but are friction points that lose trust and will ultimately make people miss meetings, further eroding trust.

As a professional organization, we need a way to designate a subset of private mentors and mentees who can book specific mentors of the group.

The words "Technically compotent" doesn't work for most situations, where the topic is broader. A better criteria would be "domain expertise".

It filters out night-time slots (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) from available meeting options, ensuring that users can only book meetings during appropriate hours based on their time zone preferences. As a new mentor, I had a rocky start. It started with me not being notified that I was accepted and active as a mentor BEFORE I was matched with mentees and they started booking my time! The UX should first notify new mentors that they're live BUT not make them open to bookings until they go in manually and set their schedules and then are required to take the action themselves to "turn on" their profile. Not only did dozens of people start booking my time, it was during a difficult time for my family when we lost someone tragically so I really wasn't in the mindset of monitoring my email. Then I got a warning that I'm not being a good mentor because all these messages arent being answered in a timely manner. Anyway, it's been a rough onboarding that could have been nice and easy with a better design. Hope that's helpful feedback.

I am getting a lot of issues with the calendar. It's booking multiple duplicates on my calendar and sometimes sessions that are on Monday show they are on Sunday. I am also getting email notifications sent out at the wrong time. This is happening to all of my mentees as well and they keep messaging me about why they are being emailed that our session is about to start at 12am on a Sunday. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the calendar, but it hasn't fixed anything.
