The existing fields are very specific to certain fields of engineering. Having more fields will definitely help since I do see mentees signing up to ask questions in that field however navigating to the right mentors is not easy since the fields do not exist. Not exactly a usability feature request, but having a mobile app, really will help managing bookings, and sessions really easy to attend on the go. Thanks!

It would be great to have the ability to respond to reviews left by mentees and to be able to review mentees as well. This would be especially helpful if they leave a negative review to see if there is a way to resolve any perceived issues in the same way that Glassdoor allows companies to respond to the reviews left on their site.

Allow dribbling on the screen when mentees are sharing their screen

As a mentor, I would like to be able to select and customise how I would like to receive session reminders e.g. SMS, Whatsapp etc and configure what platform activity I would like to receive notifications about e.g. messages, notes, bookings, reminders etc In addition, I would like to be able to have an integration with a Slack workspace so that my reminders are sent to me on Slack.

I want to have different buffer time for the following two types: * between sessions: I can accept a short buffer * between my calendar event and a session: usually need to commute so need longer buffers

As a mentee, I would like to be able to search for mentor based on my time preference. With a lot of mentors from different parts of the world, I think for me it will be easier if there is a filter for time availability. For example, I live in Melbourne, Australia, so when I tried to look for a mentor, many of my favourite mentors are available at e.g. 2 AM or 4 AM and I only know their availability when I check their individual page. To reduce the steps of checking individual mentor page, I think it will be easier in the Explore page that a time preference filter is available.

Since many use external calendars, it would be helpful if we could connect our calendar using CalDav
