Dear Team, I am Vishal, a new and active member of the ADPList community. I am truly grateful to have discovered a platform that bridges the gap between students and mentors, fostering valuable learning opportunities. However, I am deeply disappointed by an ongoing issue that many students, including myself, are facing. The primary concern is that mentor sessions are automatically approved upon booking, yet many mentors fail to show up. I completely understand that mentors have other commitments and are generously offering their free time to guide students. However, a significant number of mentors remain inactive for days, leading to unattended sessions. This not only disrupts students' schedules but also causes immense disappointment, as they set aside time from their busy routines with the hope of gaining meaningful insights. A simple yet effective solution would be to remove the auto-approval feature and instead require mentors to manually accept sessions. This would ensure that they acknowledge their availability before confirming a booking, preventing unnecessary cancellations and no-shows. I sincerely request you to address this issue and implement necessary changes to improve the reliability of the mentorship experience. I truly appreciate the efforts of ADPList in creating this incredible platform, and I hope this concern will be taken into serious consideration. Best regards, Vishal
