Requests

When I have an upcoming booking, I want to quickly see if I've met with the person before, so I know whether or not I'm meeting them for the first time. Right now, I can't find any way to see that short of scrolling through all my past bookings and looking for their name.

I will get a notification that someone requested a session with me, and to review the request, but it seems to auto-approve on its own. Unsure if it's because they've booked with me before, or if it's within a specific time window that auto accepts, etc

Hi ADPlist! Just a heads up that I think there's a system issue. I recently stopped mentoring on Fridays, but was just booked for a last minute Friday session. I checked my profile and Fridays still show as available. I double checked my availability settings and Fridays are definitely toggled off. Screenshots attached showing both the availability settings and what shows on my profile. Can someone have a look at this? Thanks!

Right now, when I view my impact as a Mentor, the minutes are based on the number of sessions x mins/session. My sessions are always set for 30 minutes, but sometimes we';; go over and it would be nice for that time to be accounted for.

I have had 1 or 2 mentees report issues with the platform which led to us having our session on Zoom/Google Meet, but with no way to record that a session happened, my session stats feel innacurate.

Add malayalam language on language list and in filter list. I found may people like me from kerala was tried to add malayalam on the language section but it was not available. Thankfully tamil was available. Adding regional languages can get more users

I have recently signed up to be a mentor but can't actually use the service as the calendar connection is a required set. Currently I don't use Google Calendar and my Outlook is tied to a locked work system. Need a way to set availability without connecting a calendar, and / or provide additional calendar connections. Currently this is a blocker in the experience and I can't move forwards until this is fixed.

There are often instances where a mentor or mentee is not able to connect to the ADPList system and we have to use another platform e.g. Google meet. The only option is to either do nothing or mark the other party as a no-show. In such instances, I would want to be able to indicate that the session was completed on another platform. My availability is set to my local timezone in my location. When I was traveling, the platform picked up my new timezone automatically and is now allowing bookings in the incorrect timezone even though I am back. The automatic timezone detection is buggy which is why it is selecting a different timezone even though my availability is set to my current local time and I am not in the other timezone anymore. It would be helpful to have bookings set to a selected timezone(not automatically detected) and also show on the dashboard if we are in a different timezone( automatically detected).

I’ve noticed something while searching for mentors. For instance, my focus area is QA, and when I search using keywords like "QA," "SQA," "QA Automation," or "QA Analyst," I see different mentors listed for each keyword, even though they all belong to the same domain. I’m curious if this has been brought up or discussed before. Looking forward to your insights!
