As a professional organization, we need a way to designate a subset of private mentors and mentees who can book specific mentors of the group.

The words "Technically compotent" doesn't work for most situations, where the topic is broader. A better criteria would be "domain expertise".

I recently started mentoring on ADPList and have had 3 sessions @ 30min each. This means my "total booking time" is 1.5hrs but is not reflective of my actual mentoring time. In reality, my call sessions have exceeded the 30min booking time every time... to the point where my most recent call with a mentee was 1.5hrs alone. This means my total mentoring time is closer to 3.5hrs but dashboard only shows 1.5hrs.

I think it would be helpful to encourage a mentee to consider submitting their reviews of us as mentors on our LinkedIn profiles as a "recommendation" as well. These reviews provide context that future employers would also find enlightening. Right now - this info is siloed exclusively on ADPList. This could be solved by asking mentee's manually to do this - but perhaps there's a feature/integrated way to achieve this. Display joined date in mentor/mentee profile, and possibly give achievement for profile that has X years.

I always message my mentees after their first session with a similar follow up message and it would be nice to be able to automate it. I'd also love to schedule nudges to remind mentees about bringing certain resources or whatever. Even if it's just being able to schedule a message that would be helpful so I don't have to remember to send it at a certain time.

I'd like to be able to see the on the reschedule request what the original date way for the appointment so that I can understand how it has impacted my schedule.

Sometimes my mentee will send links during sessions. It would be nice if that was saved somewhere so I can go back and refer to links that were sent.
