Sometimes, have a conflict and can't do some of the 2 hours I typically offer mentor time.

For instance, I typically mentor of Friday's between 1:30-3:30pm. But a work meeting just came up from 1-2pm, so I need to block-off my usual 1:30pm mentoring time for just this week.

I agree w/ Ben. Also, @Steph sometimes I'm available every 2 weeks due to personal commitments. Maybe we can add a feature that allows for the frequency instead of us going into the blackout dates tab to manually blackout every other week. Hope that is possible to implement. It's kinda like the google calendar thing.
