I think it would be helpful to encourage a mentee to consider submitting their reviews of us as mentors on our LinkedIn profiles as a "recommendation" as well. These reviews provide context that future employers would also find enlightening. Right now - this info is siloed exclusively on ADPList.

This could be solved by asking mentee's manually to do this - but perhaps there's a feature/integrated way to achieve this.

Possibly a way to direct them to a link like this after they submit their review & encourage them to copy & paste their review in there -

LinkedIn would need to add a new option for "I was mentored by" vs. the current "I mentored this person". I've submitted that request to their team for consideration.
