Requests

My laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 and the desktop's standing screen size is 14", with a resolution of - ‎1920 x 1080. I'm facing difficulties trying to view mentors with ther photos and details without having to scroll, beacuse of the "Categories bar" that seems to be sticky. I would appreciate it if something can be done about it as it is causing accessability issues and discourages me from using the website. Thank you.

There are times when a mentor doesn't want to have open slots but still would be open to taking few calls that might be important and time-sensitive (like having an interview tomorrow, etc.). Right now we get an email saying "A mentee would love to meet you!" which does not provide enough information. Having access to this notify list would help mentors track and reach out to mentees.

Allow a place to link to or upload resources that we may frequently reference for mentees. I'd love to be able to group them or pin some... ex. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1m-Cso3848CgEz0eng5spL0lDppnwOgt726jJ01pVwO8/edit#gid=288553197 which is a resource I often use for people discerning the IC vs Manager track. Another example I might have to share is a link to helpful books or lectures, too. Bonus: If sending a note or message (TBH, it's a bit unclear the intended distinction between the two), it would be great to be able to point to those listed resources.
