Recognition of past mentorship experience

Currently the possibility to charge for professional mentorship is limited to only users who have completed at least 50 sessions (among other things). While quality is important and I don't mind having to get a couple of good reviews on the platform before starting to offer paid options, I also think 50 sessions is a lot for someone who already has mentoring experience elsewhere. I would like this to be reassessed and suggest the possibility of recognizing past experiences of offering mentorship via other platforms, study programs, startup/entrepreneurship programs, volunteer networks, internal company programs, or private business initiative.
