As a mentor, there are times when I request a Reschedule, but the mentee doesn't respond! And the closer it gets to the session, I become more anxious cause I don't know if they will show up, or if I'm losing time. I rather just cancel it so I get back to work.

For example, I am supposed to have a meeting in 15 minutes, but the mentee doesn't reply, they didn't accept, and I can't cancel it, cause it will count as a no-show for me! So now I'm blocking a time for a meeting I don't even know if is happening.
