Some weeks the inbox gets flooded by people reaching out via message instead of calls getting scheduled. Often times, it's from people I have never connected with... which leaves me feeling like I have no control over the volume of expectations mentees have in response time. I imagine that can be frustrating for mentees too who might expect a quick response.
  1. I'd love to be able to "white list" mentees I have met with so they do continue to have direct access to me.
  2. I'd love to be able to set auto-responders if needed on both the white listed mentees and a different one for anyone else who may reach out... ex. "If its time sensitive, I recommend reaching out and just scheduling a call with me." or a better version of "i do my best to address every inbox question, but my response times may take up to 2 weeks. schedule a call if you need support sooner." ?
Optional 3. I contemplated turning off inbox all together if it was an option as it can quickly become such an unpredictable time sink versus knowing "i will have a maximum of 5 30 minute calls this week"
