Enable mentors to have global blockout & availability settings across session types

Currently, the new multi-thread feature only allows for mentors to set blockout dates individually. It would be great if there was an option to set global blockout dates that would work across multiple session types.

Hey mentors 👋🏾

Excited to share with you that we've now added some exciting new functionality that makes it even easier to update your availability 🎉

Your block out dates are now global, easier to find and apply to all sessions.

You can apply your default available hours/global schedule to all sessions
It is easier to find setting to override all day events global

When signed in, you can navigate to your default available hours and block out dates by clicking here: https://app.adplist.org/calendar/availability

We’ve now added Global Availability Settings 🎉 — this means you can use a default set of availability and a standard notice period across your sessions.  
You can find these by navigating to the Available Hours and Advanced sections on the Calendar page.

Multi-thread calendar is great but the booking limits don't make sense anymore. I'd much prefer to be able to set the meeting buffer and booking limits for ALL my sessions, not session by session.

Not even blockout dates, I'd like to see the option to have a single shared availability and blackouts as an option.
