When sending a message through chat, recipients often respond late, citing delayed notifications. Currently, notifications (whether platform-based, email, or otherwise) seem to be delayed by a specific interval. To improve communication, the system should notify recipients instantly through any available channel e.g platform notification, email, or other modes.
