Link to download achievement certificate does not work

I just received an achievement by seeing the popup on the homescreen, then i clicked on the button "view certificate". This opened a new tab with the certificate and when i clicked on the "Download PDF certificate" and it does nothing.
Steps:
- Click on More > Achievements > See credentials OR Click on View certificate on popup
- Click on Download PDF certificate
- ...nothing happens (this used to work)
Expected:
-> PDF would have downloaded and I would have been able to save it locally
