Mentees can book a session with me without my approval

I will get a notification that someone requested a session with me, and to review the request, but it seems to auto-approve on its own. Unsure if it's because they've booked with me before, or if it's within a specific time window that auto accepts, etc

I observed similar issue. I do not see something like "Auto accept" option i my settings. For mentees I meet often there is automatic approval. For others I have to approve the booking. I would expect to have the same behaviour for all bookings - always approve by me.
