Notification setting - ability to stop getting emails form group session signups

Allow us to configure our notification setting. It is very distracting to get tons of emails every day when there is a new sign-up for my group session. It is preventing me to host more group sessions because of the email spam.

Yeah, it's really annoying to get reminder emails for group sessions. I already have them set up in my calendar. I'd almost rather not attend group sessions than get multiple reminder emails.
