This could be done through:

Monthly fee (with perks)
Special time availabilities
Paid mentorship calls (priority slots)

Hi all. This has been launched in private for the past months, ADPList Advance (https://adplist.notion.site/FAQ-ADPList-Advance-beta-1396d409797e44f89ca2742e46dbd9cf?pvs=4) for only qualified, eligible mentors.

This option won't be available for all Mentors; this is so we continue to provide the platform accessibly for people that might not be able to get into paying.

I've seen some mentors tell you to book them on their website link (no time slots available on ADPList), which is paid mentorship. I'm not sure if there's anything in the ToS against that, but it's something I've seen.

Stefan, I agree with the sentiment, however, this option is in addition to free mentorship option. We all devote our time to provide mentorship for free and sometimes someone asks what they can do for me. I ask nothing in return because I just want to help. However, if a mentee wants to support a mentor, then why not.
Mentors devote their time without asking for anything in return. 
Also, ADPList just launched courses on their platform which has a cost. Doesn't that then go against the company's main goal?

I agree with Stefan: this is the opposite of the reasons ADPList was born.

While I appreciate the idea of providing a way for mentors to earn money, Adplist's main goal is to offer free mentorship to everyone. Let's keep the platform inclusive and accessible for all.
