To make this platform about mentorship, it is about supporting those that put in the effort to keep learning. I too have 5-8 meetings a week and it's hard to keep track of those that I'm starting to build a relationship with. The "just for my eyes" notes will be an excellent way to remind me of the topics discussed, action items, etc.

I would also want this somehow to be searchable by myself. For example, in my role I do come across people looking for designers/analysts/researchers. Being able to simple include topics that I think the mentee would be a good fit for and quickly find it later would allow me to help them even more.

I love this idea and I think it would be really helpful if mentee's had this feature on their side too. If you meet with many mentors for different things or meet with them every few months, logging what you talked about let's you know what you shared with them if you haven't seen them in a while. Also it's great to be able track your progress.

Huge +1. If the goal is to build mentorship and not just one-off conversations then lasting information is needed. What was discussed last time to build on, etc.
