There should be cloud based platform integrated to take notes during live session and later that can be tracked by the mentee and mentors both. It helps to meet again with same mentee while having visibility to notes and can track progress.

Currently using Notion to add notes / resources and share them with participants to fill this need. Would be great to roll-up into something native to ADP.

+1 on this. To add to that, would be great to have a section for pre-session notes; akin to "agenda". so that we can refer to it as part of the discussion. This agenda can then be used "during & after" discussion to fill things, track, etc.
