By requiring graduation dates on education, employers and such can use this to discriminate on people that are older.

LinkedIn doesn't require the year you started/ended an experience (a job, a school), so I hope ADPList will remove this requirement. My work-around has been to remove experiences from my ADPList profile, and instead link to my LinkedIn.
