We need a 24 Hour time frame rather than AM/PM mode

Hello, I need to use 24 Hr time setting if possible.. The 09:00 AM / PM mode is making me and my mentees do 12 hourly mistakes.. 
Is there a setting that I couldn't find?
If not, can this be added to TODO list please?

ADPList needs to support ISO standard time and dates (HH:MM:SS and YYYY-MM-DD).

I agree with Altug. Time format and the first of the week settings should be available to set per user basis.

Dawid Janiga Sure.. I'm also adding an image. 
Indicating a time in AM / PM format is not good for a 24 hour working world. If we make a small mistake on checking the right hour, the is a 12 hour gap with our mentee or if mentee is setting - to the mentor.
That's why I am offering a 24 hour indication.
Like: 07:30 - 14:45 - 21:50 - 23:00 ..
I hope this is clearer now. ✌

Altug Gürkaynak Ok, got you. We noticed the same issue.

Allowing users to set their preferences of: time format and first day of the week in their, per user preferences is the solution for such a issue.
